Once your written treatment plan and estimate are confirmed and you've decided to go ahead, the next stage is travel — and it's worth knowing exactly what we do and don't handle.

Visas

We provide medical visa information and application assistance, helping you understand the process and what documentation is typically needed. Visas themselves are issued by the Government of India — we don't issue them and can't guarantee any application's outcome or timing.

Flights and arrival

We help arrange your flight timing around your confirmed treatment dates. When you land, a driver meets you at the airport and takes you directly to your hospital or hotel, so the first steps in an unfamiliar country are handled before you even arrive.

Bringing a companion

Family members are welcome to travel with you — just let your coordinator know while you're planning, so accommodation and itinerary can account for companions from the start.

After treatment

Sightseeing or extra wellness time is scheduled only once your treating doctor confirms you're fit for it — never before. When it's time to head home, you travel with your discharge summary and aftercare notes, and we check in after you've landed.
